Building project!
We are just so thrilled to be having this dream come true, at Arrowhead Labradoodle breeders of Ontario! For years we have been dreaming of having a place where we would have room enough for all the families and Australian Labradoodle loving friends we have to come out and enjoy our Labradoodles and the open spaces of our farm in comfort and ease..
Well this place is becoming a reality slowly but surly! We are building a puppy nursery that will be oh so comfortable for our girls when they are whelping and mothering. This is the first concern for us! The well being of the girls who provide us with these wonderful, gentle puppies! We have outside access to all of the whelping areas and have put in a observance system so we can peek in on them from where ever we may be.. Making sure that they never have a need that we cannot attend to right away! We have added a air exchange system for the moms and puppies so they will be healthier and less likely to catch any air born disease! Clean pure air!!
It will be wonderful for the families who come out to choose a puppy, as we have added 2 puppy play pens and so will have a spacious place for the puppy play dates and picking to happen. There is a nice wide open space for the puppy classes to happen in. Our other area was kind small and would get rather uncomfortable with families trying to move around. The gift shop is in this area and so will be more accessible for you! I hope to add a few more toys and more choices for beds and such when I get this all set up!
We have put in a beautiful puppy/dog grooming area and spa. As everyone knows who is a proud owner of one of our Labradoodles they need a lot of coat care! This is made easy for us and fun for them with our doggy shower and puppy bath tubs! GRIN! SO FUN! Bring on the bubbles!
